On the auspicious occasion of Varamahalakshmi Festival, Hombale Films has gifted fans of Indian cinema a spectacular treat — the much-awaited first look of actress Rukmini Vasanth as Kanakavathi in Kantara Chapter 1. Serving as a prequel to the 2022 pan-India blockbuster Kantara, the upcoming chapter is set to explore untold aspects of the cinematic universe that redefined rooted Indian storytelling.

Now, the unveiling of Kanakavathi’s character poster marks the next major milestone in the promotional journey.
